What fruits & veggies to buy...

All of the labels and various growing methods can be confusing when you go to purchase your fresh produce! We often hear that buying organic produce is too expensive. We thought we would share the Environmental Working Group's (EWG) Dirty 12 and Clean 15 lists for produce for your reference. We suggest that people start out by purchasing organic for the produce on the Dirty 12 list in order to begin reducing their exposure to chemicals and pesticides.
